(THIS POST IS OUT OF ORDER FOR SOME REASON, THE ICE STORM HAPPENED FIRST, AND THEN WE WENT TO TUCSON AZ.)Went for an evening rip out at Fantasy Island. It was quite a nice evening for February as you can see from the thermometer at the trail-head.
Mary, Gus and I hiked in earlier in the day, and then I rode back out later on.
Here are cool pictures Mary took of some lime green Manzanita. (I think)
And below is a little sample of dodging poky plants at Fantasy Island. Pretty speedy for only having one hand on the handle bar.
